PROJECT BRIEF

While Flitto was seeing steady growth for several years after founding, the company’s sales had begun to plateau in 2017. They were able to sell more language data and services to existing clients, but to expand they needed new clients. Flitto approached G3 Partners to help streamline their sales process and identify new industries for them to expand into.

PROJECT DETAILS

G3 Partners conducted a thorough review of Flitto’s competitors to establish benchmarks. Then we identified the most obvious areas for improvement within their sales process. Finally, we created a detailed lead generation plan, optimized landing pages, wrote new sales scripts, and created a content marketing plan for the team to follow. We then provided training to the sales team.

RESULTS

Our project with Flitto wrapped up in Q4 of 2017. That year they sold around 7 million of their corpus data sets. The next year this jumped an astonishing 428% to 30 million. Revenue also increased by 376% year-on-year, according to an article in the Korea Joongang Daily.
